Application Process
Each project submitted to the Huione Foundation needs to meet or include the following information:
1. Business Plan (Cover)
The cover should include the project name, logo, submission date, and the submitting party's name. Adding a concise and impactful slogan can highlight the unique qualities of the project.
2. Table of Contents
The table of contents should list all major sections of the business plan with their respective page numbers, allowing for easy navigation.
3. Project Overview
Provide an overview of the project’s main objectives, market pain points, solutions, and core value. Briefly introduce the project’s economic ecosystem, including the token model, incentive mechanisms, and potential market impact. An application flowchart can illustrate how users or partners interact with the project, helping us understand the project’s mechanics.
4. Application Ecosystem
Describe the project’s application ecosystem in detail, including user roles (e.g., developers, investors, users), service categories, and application scenarios. List key ecosystem partners to demonstrate the project’s position and unique advantages within the broader ecosystem.
5. Core Advantages
List the project’s core advantages in areas such as technology, market, compliance, and team. Explain how these advantages help the project stand out in the competition, such as through technical innovation, enhanced user experience, or cost benefits that contribute to market competitiveness.
6. Core Team
Introduce the core team members, including their names, titles, main responsibilities, and relevant experience. Highlight each member’s professional background and achievements in blockchain, fintech, or related fields.
7. Operational Plan
Outline the project’s short-term and long-term operational plans, including marketing strategies, brand building, and user growth strategies. List operational goals and provide strategies and timelines to achieve them, showcasing the project’s growth potential and viability.
8. Milestones
Use a timeline to show the project’s key development milestones, including past achievements and future plans. Each milestone should include specific goals, estimated completion dates, and the responsible team members, enhancing the project’s transparency and predictability.
9. Financing Description
Provide details on the project’s funding requirements and how funds will be allocated, including fundraising targets for each stage, total funding sought, allocation breakdown (e.g., R&D, marketing, operations), and expected returns. Explain how the funding plan supports the project’s long-term development.
10. Equity Structure
Explain the project’s equity structure, including the ownership percentages of the founding team, early investors, strategic partners, etc. Provide a brief rationale for the equity distribution and how it balances control and flexibility for the project.
11. Technical Team
Introduce the technical team, including members’ technical expertise, primary responsibilities, and previous project experience. Describe the team’s role in project development and technical implementation, highlighting the technical team’s skills and capacity for delivering the project.
